Arkane's upcoming new game is all about time, literally. Stuck in a time loop, it's up to you to hunt down the key figures responsible and bring an end to the cycle. With the game launching in just under a week now, Bethesda has thankfully revealed the official PC system requirements, and boy do they make us wish we had a time machine ourselves.

Deathloop launches on September 14th, and judging by the PC specs below, is going to be a surprisingly demanding game. If only we could go back in time to snatch up one of the brand new graphics cards, or forward in time to when we no longer have a shortage and inflated prices. Either way, at least Bethesda has also given us some performance expectations, which is nice at least. Thankfully, the game will also support AMD FidelityFX Super Resolution (FSR).

So let's get on with it and have a look at the official Deathloop PC system requirements...

Deathloop minimum system requirements - 1080p / 30fps / Low settings

  • OS: 64 bit Windows 10 version 1909 or higher
  • CPU: Intel Core i5-8400 or AMD Ryzen 5 1600
  • RAM: 12GB
  • GPU RAM: 6GB
  • GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 or AMD Radeon RX 580
  • DX: 12
  • Storage: 30GB (HDD)

Deathloop recommended system requirements - 1080p / 60fps / High settings

  • OS: 64 bit Windows 10 version 1909 or higher
  • CPU: Intel Core i7-9700K or AMD Ryzen 7 2700X
  • RAM: 16GB
  • GPU RAM: 6GB
  • GPU: Nvidia GeForce RTX 2060 or AMD Radeon RX 5700
  • DX: 12
  • Storage: 30GB (SSD)

Deathloop Ultra system requirements - 4K / 60fps / Ultra settings

  • OS: 64 bit Windows 10 version 1909 or higher
  • CPU: Intel Core i9-10900K or AMD Ryzen 7 3800XT
  • RAM: 16GB
  • GPU RAM: 10GB
  • GPU: Nvidia GeForce RTX 3080 or AMD Radeon RX 6800 XT
  • DX: 12
  • Storage: 30GB (SSD)

Deathloop will require an RTX 2060 or RX 5700 graphics card paired with either a Core i7-9700K or Ryzen 7 2700X processor in order to reach the recommended system requirements. You will also need 16GB of RAM, which will then help achieve 60fps performance on High graphics settings at 1080p resolution.

Deathloop needs a GTX 1060 or RX 580 GPU in order to play on Low graphics settings at 1080p resolution, as well as a Core i5-8400 or Ryzen 5 1600 CPU to meet the minimum system requirements. This setup should then achieve 30fps performance, as long as you also have at least 12GB of system memory.

Overall, looking over all the specs above, Deathloop will need around a 2 year old PC in order to play at the recommended settings.
